We provide direct access to regulated financial institutions that provide 100% of the capital required to acquire or develop your Corporate & ESG projects — including construction, manufacturing or R&D — entirely free of interest, loans or liabilities in exchange for a negotiated equity stake in the project, ensuring shared success and long-term value creation.

3- Management Of Your Corporate & ESG Projects
Once a project has been fully structured to meet your business objectives, profit targets and the requirements of our capital providers, and all associated fees have been settled, we take on the work and the management responsibilities of achieving the agreed business revenues and financial targets.

Project structuring services are billed on an hourly basis — the first Corporate & ESG project proposal is free, and subsequent hours are €300 per hour.

Service Costs (Stage 2):
In facilitating access to funding, licensing, and management of Corporate & ESG projects — without creating debt, loans, or liabilities — we charge a refundable legal setup fee from 2% of the targeted projects value.
